Information about our appointments

We offer both in-person and online appointments.  Our online appointments are conducted over Teams. 

Disability advisor appointments

To receive adjustment and support, you must book an appointment with a disability advisor.  At your appointment, you can discuss the following: 

  • adjustments and support for your learning difficulty, health problem or disability; 
  • accommodation (halls of residence);
  • your evidence (diagnostic assessment reports, GP letters, etc);
  • Disabled Students' Allowances (DSAs);
  • autism screenings;
  • other disability-related queries.  

If a longer discussion is needed, the disability advisor will schedule a follow-up appointment with you.

We release the disability advisor appointments two weeks at a time. The next set of appointments will be released on Tuesday, 27 May at midday.

If no appointments are visible, we are fully booked for the next two weeks.

There may be cancellations during this time, meaning an appointment may become available, but we cannot inform students when this happens.

You must use your Imperial email to log in to the booking site.

All appointments are 20 minutes long.

Dyslexia/SpLD team: Screening appointments

The Dyslexia/SpLD team can support you in identifying any indicators of a specific learning difficulty (SpLD):

  • Dyslexia
  • Characteristics of dyspraxia/developmental co-ordination disorder (DCD)
  • Dyscalculia
  • Characteristics of AD(H)D as an SpLD

How to book an SpLD screening

To receive an SpLD screening, you must answer a few questions. At the end of the questions, you will be signposted to the most appropriate team to get support. Please follow the guidance you are given.
