MHAW 2025 BANNER JDR

Mental Health Awareness Week will take place from 12 to 16 May 2025.

Mental Health Awareness Week is an annual event that focuses on supporting good mental health. It has become one of the biggest awareness weeks across the UK and globally. Each year, the Mental Health Foundation continues to set the theme and encourages other organisations to organise and host the week.

This year's theme is "Community," emphasising the importance of social connections and participation for mental health and wellbeing. Through meaningful relationships, we gain support systems that help us navigate life’s challenges and a sense of belonging to our community.

Imperial’s week-long programme is led by POD and co-organised with colleagues. It offers a unified approach to supporting students and staff and nurtures a culture of compassion and care in line with Imperial’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy.

We offer a diverse range of events, courses, workshops, and activities for Imperial staff and students. Book your place at a Mental Health Awareness Week activity today!
