Lecturer/ Senior Lecturer in Future Vehicle Technology

We wish to recruit one new academic staff position in a joint venture between The Grantham Institute – Climate Science and the Department of Mechanical Engineering, focusing on research for future vehicle technology that contributes to a sustainable zero-pollution economy.

This position will be at Lecturer or Senior Lecturer level, and it will be integral to the strategic goals of investing in research to transition to a sustainable zero-pollution economy.

Lecturer/ Senior Lecturer/ Reader/ Chair (Professor)

We wish to recruit six new academic staff positions in any topic of Mechanical Engineering, with particular interest in candidates whose research will address our research strategy; this includes an interest in further posts to contribute to the Vehicle Futures Hub.

The majority of the new recruits will be Lecturer or Senior Lecturer appointments; however more senior appointments at Reader or Professor level will be considered depending on experience and leadership.
