
Mindful Movement and Meditation Series
Take time for yourself in June with three calming sessions of gentle movement and guided meditation and an additional Yoga Nidra session.
These sessions are open to everyone—no prior experience required.
Each session begins with mindful movement to help you connect with your body and settle into the present moment. This is followed by a guided meditation using basic mindfulness techniques.
We’ll provide cushions and chairs and can guide you in finding a posture that feels most comfortable. All abilities are welcome, and adjustments can be made to suit your needs.
For the last session, we will guide you through a Yoga Nidra meditation session. Lying down on yoga mats, we will offer you an opportunity to relax deeply.
Take a pause from the busyness of life to nurture your well-being and practice mindfulness in a welcoming, supportive space.
